Please check the “Upcoming Events Diary” link for specific dates, because as we are an active Club, we sometimes have meetings other than at the normal venue, so if visitors turn up at the Mercure Hotel without checking first – they may find that we are not there!!

Also please book in with one of the contacts or the hotel to ensure that there is enough food for everybody.
